Maine Family Snow Tube Park at Lost Valley

AFD Local 797 Free Tube Friday. Pre-Reservation Required.  March 8th 4p-8p. 

1 Hour Sessions: Choose from Session 1 4p-5p, Session 2 5p-6p, Session 3 6p-7p & Session 4 7p-8p

PLEASE READ IN FULL:  Registrations are accepted for one time slot only, to allow for all who want to try the tube park.  There is a 42″ Minimum height requirement, no exceptions, and 1 person only per tube, no exceptions.  Sessions are available on a first come first serve basis and will be closed when filled.  Sessions start promptly on the hour, so please arrive early enough to get your ticket, get properly dressed and be out to the tube park for session start time.  If you do not arrive by the session start time, your slot will be forfeited to any potential walk-ins or waitlist people onsite.

You will be required to list all minors attending on the form below to assume the responsibility of risk on their behalf.  Any others in your group ages 18+ will have to submit their owned signed copy of the assumption of risk, which you may print and fill out to bring, or they can sign on site at the time of ticket pick up on the date of the event.
